Juventus Targets Beto to Strengthen Attack After En-Nesyri Deal Falls Through
The newspaper "La Gazzetta dello Sport" confirmed that Juventus has included Everton's forward, Beto, among its options to strengthen the attack line after negotiations with Youssef En-Nesyri stalled. This comes as the Bianconeri are searching for a true striker to support the attack in the remaining period of the winter transfer market.
Juventus is only interested in a loan deal with an option to buy, which is the same reason En-Nesyri rejected the Italian offer.
According to the newspaper, intermediaries have already begun coordinating between all parties, but Beto is not the club's only target. Talks have resumed with Manchester United regarding Joshua Zirkzee, and the club has also held negotiations with Crystal Palace about Jean-Philippe Mateta.
It is noted that Juventus has not made any new signings so far in the winter transfer window, which is officially set to close on February 2, 2026.
Beto, who has scored three goals in 25 matches this season with Everton, is considered a tactical option to support the Bianconeri's attack following Dusan Vlahovic's absence due to injury, and to determine the future of the forward line in upcoming matches.
