Koulibaly's Final Position on Al Hilal's Match Against Al Qadsia
Monday 26-01-2026
Doubts are increasing within Al Hilal's ranks regarding the participation of Senegalese defender Kalidou Koulibaly in the match against Al Qadsia, as part of the 19th round of the Saudi Professional League.

Al Hilal will face Al Qadsia next Thursday in an important match where the Blue team aims to continue maintaining its position at the top of the standings.

The Saudi newspaper 'Al Riyadiyah' reported that Koulibaly's chances of participating in the match seem slim, as he has not yet fully recovered from his injury.

The Al Hilal defender continues to undergo a treatment and rehabilitation program at the club's clinic, after suffering an injury to his adductor muscle, which has prevented his quick return to group training.

The medical team is focusing on preparing Koulibaly to catch up with the classic match against Al Ahli, as part of the 20th round of the Saudi League, scheduled for next Monday.

Koulibaly was injured while playing with the Senegal national team against Egypt in the semi-finals of the last African Cup of Nations.

The Senegalese defender has participated in 15 matches for Al Hilal this season across all competitions, successfully scoring one goal and providing two assists.
