Al-Qadisiyah Agrees to Loan Defender Carlos Jimenez to Spanish Almeria
Sunday 25-01-2026
Yesterday, Saturday, Al-Qadisiyah Club reached an agreement to loan its Spanish defender Carlos Jiménez to the ranks of the Spanish club Almería during the current winter transfer window.

The player was loaned to the Spanish club Denia last summer as part of the club's plan to gain him European experience, having previously represented Villarreal on loan last season.

Jiménez is 19 years old and has joined Al-Qadisiyah from the reserve team of the Spanish club Levante during the 2024/25 season, as part of the club's policy to strengthen its ranks with promising young players.

Jiménez is considered one of the promising elements in defense, having attracted the interest of Spanish clubs after delivering outstanding performances with Al-Qadisiyah, prompting the management to repeatedly loan him out to gain experience.

The new loan was approved after the management evaluated the player's trajectory and the impact of his previous participations, ensuring the continued development of his technical and physical skills in a competitive European environment.

The move by Al-Qadisiyah is part of its strategy to enhance the capabilities of its young players and provide them with the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of the Spanish league before returning to serve the first team with all the experience they have gained.
