Sevilla Ruins En-Nesyri's Transfer Deal to Juventus
Sunday 25-01-2026
Sky Sport Italia revealed that Juventus has not yet finalized its contract with Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri, a player for Turkish club Fenerbahçe, during the current winter transfer window, despite the progress in negotiations between the two clubs.

The same source stated that Juventus has not yet received the final approval from En-Nesyri. Although Fenerbahçe has agreed with the Italian club on the terms of the deal, the player still leans towards returning to his former club, Sevilla in Spain, which has strongly entered the negotiation line.

The network indicated that it was expected for the Moroccan striker to travel over the weekend to conduct medical examinations, in preparation for completing his transfer to the Bianconeri.

According to Italian press reports, the deal includes En-Nesyri moving to Juventus on loan for 3 million euros, with an option to purchase at the end of the season for an additional 17 million euros.

The network added that the player is still unconvinced about the move to Juventus, which will force Marco Otolini, the Italian club's sporting director, to return to Italy without finalizing the deal, after being in Istanbul in recent days.

The report confirmed that Fenerbahçe's management is frustrated with their Moroccan player's stance, while Juventus is compelled to wait to know En-Nesyri's final decision, especially with Sevilla's interest in signing him, noting that the player had previously excelled with the Andalusian club from January 2020 to July 2024.
