Al-Riyadiya newspaper reported that the administrations of Al-Ittihad Club and Al-Shabab Club have entered into serious negotiations during the current period to explore the possibility of completing an exchange deal between the two clubs, in a move aimed at strengthening the squads of both teams before the upcoming phase.

According to the same source, the proposed deal includes the transfer of French player Moussa Diaby and Belgian player Yannick Carrasco between the clubs, in one of the most notable potential moves in the local transfer market.

The newspaper indicated that the players have given their initial approval to the idea of the transfer, which has given the negotiations a positive boost and helped accelerate the pace of discussions between the two club administrations.

The report confirmed that discussions are still ongoing to finalize the details related to the deal, whether from a technical or contractual perspective, with an official announcement to be made if a final agreement is reached between the parties.
