The club revealed that Bono is suffering from a bruise in the front thigh muscle and underwent examinations at the "Mina" clinic at the team's headquarters. The medical staff confirmed that the goalkeeper will undergo an MRI scan to determine the extent of the injury and the exact duration of his absence, but no specific absence period has been announced yet.

Al Hilal also announced that Senegalese defender Kalidou Koulibaly underwent a treatment session at the same clinic after sustaining an adductor muscle injury while playing for his national team in the Africa Cup. He will undergo additional tests to assess the injury's condition and determine the need for rest or rehabilitation.

The statement indicated that the medical team will continue to monitor the players' condition as Al Hilal continues to prepare for upcoming matches.
