Saudi Al-Ahli Allocates One Billion Euros for Vinicius
Thursday 22-01-2026
Journalist Ben Jacobs revealed new developments regarding the future of Brazilian star Vinicius Junior, confirming that decision-makers in the Saudi League have placed the Real Madrid player among their main targets for signings in the summer of 2026.

Jacobs explained that Real Madrid's management still wishes to extend Vinicius's contract, but negotiations were suspended during the period when Xabi Alonso was at the club, which opened the door to many speculations about the player's future.

The report indicated that Al-Ahli Saudi Club is prepared to offer the Brazilian star a long-term contract worth one billion euros to persuade the player to join them in the upcoming period.

Despite Vinicius repeatedly affirming his full commitment to Real Madrid and his desire to continue with the royal club, discussions between Saudi officials and the player's representatives have been ongoing for more than a year, awaiting the outcome of the upcoming phase.

The Brazilian star's contract with Real Madrid ends in the summer of 2027. The player had confirmed a few days ago that he wants to stay at the club for as long as possible and that he is not in a hurry regarding renewing his contract with the club.
