The Saudi league has become a potential and strong destination for the Brazilian star Casemiro, midfielder for Manchester United, with the upcoming summer transfer window approaching, especially after the English club announced the player's departure officially at the end of the current season following the expiration of his contract.

Manchester United issued an official statement confirming Casemiro's departure from the team at the end of his contract, thanking the player for his contributions in the "Red Devils" jersey, and wishing him a distinguished conclusion to his career with the club, after a period that witnessed the Brazilian star's influential presence in midfield.

In this context, Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur, who specializes in transfer market news, explained that Casemiro will become a free player next June, indicating strong interest from several Saudi, Brazilian, and American clubs to sign the 33-year-old player, given his extensive experience and global stature.

Casemiro's name has been linked to the Saudi league during recent transfer periods, with prominent clubs like Al-Nassr and Al-Ittihad expressing their interest in signing him.

It is noteworthy that the player joined Manchester United in the summer of 2022 coming from Real Madrid, having played 146 matches during which he scored 21 goals and made 13 assists, and was crowned with the team with the FA Cup and the League Cup titles, according to the "Transfermarkt" website.
