Juventus Moves Seriously to Sign Youssef En-Nesyri
The British newspaper "The Athletic" revealed that the Italian club Juventus has entered an advanced stage of interest in signing Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri, as part of its efforts to strengthen the attacking line in the upcoming period.
The newspaper clarified that Juventus management has prioritized En-Nesyri as a top offensive target to replace French striker Jean-Philippe Mateta, who plays for Crystal Palace. This decision comes in light of the high financial demands from the English club, which amount to around 40 million euros.
The report added that the high value of the Mateta deal prompted the officials of "The Old Lady" to look for other options that are less costly and more suitable for the club's plans, bringing the name of the Moroccan international forward as a strong candidate.
Youssef En-Nesyri is under contract with the Turkish club Fenerbahçe until the summer of 2029, which gives the club's management a strong negotiating position if they receive official offers in the coming period.
