Bodø/Glimt achieved a historic 3-1 victory over Manchester City in the seventh round of the group stage of the UEFA Champions League, at the Aspmyra Stadium.

Bodø/Glimt scored two goals in the 22nd and 24th minutes by Kasper Høgh, while the home team scored a third goal through Benz Haug in the 58th minute.

In the 60th minute, Manchester City reduced the deficit with a goal by Rayan Cherki, while Rodri was sent off in the 62nd minute after receiving two yellow cards within a minute.

Manchester City's points total remained at 13 points in fourth place temporarily, while Bodø/Glimt raised their total to 6 points in 26th place.

This victory is Bodø/Glimt's first against an English club, and it is also the team's first win in the UEFA Champions League competition.
