Esposito is a Red Line at Inter Despite €40 Million Offers

Italian press reports confirmed that Inter Milan was never prepared at any point to enter negotiations to sell the young striker Pio Esposito during last summer's transfer window, despite the significant interest he received from several clubs both within Italy and abroad.

According to the reliable journalist Gianluca Di Marzio, several clubs have expressed interest in signing Esposito, with Atalanta leading the way, especially in the context of the Ademola Lookman transfer, as the club is seeking new attacking options.

Di Marzio added that Napoli tried to enter the negotiations aggressively and made a substantial financial offer of around 40 million euros. However, Inter's management completely rejected the idea, insisting on keeping the player as part of the team.

Bio Esposito is considered an untouchable player at Inter Milan, as the management sees him as a future star and one of the team's key pillars in the coming years, making the idea of letting him go unacceptable regardless of the value of the offers.
