Media personality Khaled Al-Ghandour commented on the crisis that erupted between Hossam Hassan, the head coach of the Egyptian national team, and a Moroccan journalist during the pre-match press conference for the Nigeria game.

The Egyptian national team will meet the Nigerian national team tomorrow, Saturday, in the third-place playoff match of the Africa Cup of Nations.

During the press conference before the match, a Moroccan journalist provoked Hossam Hassan by asking, "Do you attribute your failure to score against Senegal to the Moroccan stadiums and hotels?" Hossam Hassan responded, "That is a disrespectful question, and I will not answer."

Al-Ghandour said on Facebook: "The statements and the responses to those statements have no meaning except the absence of reason. Everyone, we are grown-ups, and our words, statements, and comments must reflect our value. May God guide us all."
