Al-Ghandour said on Facebook: "Hossam Hassan will give an opportunity to some players, including Mostafa Shobeir, and Nigeria will play with a different lineup than in all previous matches."
The match between Egypt and Nigeria kicks off at 6:00 PM Cairo time and 7:00 PM Mecca time.
