Klopp Studies Return to Coaching for Real Madrid
German journalist Florian Platenberg revealed that Jürgen Klopp is seriously considering the idea of returning to coaching as a head coach, if Real Madrid makes an official move to sign him next summer.
According to Plattenberg, Real Madrid has always been greatly admired by Klopp, as the German coach sees the royal club as an exceptional project that could motivate him to return to the sidelines, despite his current satisfaction with his work at Red Bull and his strong commitment to their sporting project.
The report explained that Klopp is happy in his current position and feels aligned with Red Bull's philosophy. However, there are only two projects that might make him reconsider and return to coaching, provided all the right conditions are met: Real Madrid and the German national team.
Blatenberg concluded by noting that the Klopp and Real Madrid case is one that deserves close attention in the coming period, in preparation for the summer of 2026, amid the possibility of an official move from the Royal Club.
Real Madrid recently announced their separation from Xabi Alonso and appointed Álvaro Arbeloa as the team's coach at least until the end of the current season.
