Zamalek Continues Preparation for Al Masry
The first-team players of Zamalek SC who participated in the recent match against ZED in the Egypt Capital Cup limited themselves to recovery training during Tuesday's practice session, as part of the ongoing preparations for the upcoming match against Al Masry Port Said.
The team's technical staff, led by Moatamad Jamal, decided to limit the main group to light training only, without participating in the rest of the practice sessions, in order to avoid fatigue and maintain physical readiness before the crucial match.
Meanwhile, the substitute and excluded players from the Zed match underwent intense physical training at the Military College Stadium, before the coaching staff divided them into two groups to work on certain tactical and technical aspects.
The training session concluded with a tactical scrimmage among the players, following their return to training after a rest day yesterday. This was part of the preparations for the upcoming match against Al Masry Al Port Said, scheduled to take place next Thursday at the Army Stadium in Borg El Arab, as part of the final round of the group stage of the Egypt Capital Cup.
