Flick and Barcelona Reject Bardhi Loan Offers

The Spanish newspaper 'Sport' confirmed that Barcelona has definitively closed the door on all offers received in recent days to loan the Swedish winger Roni Bardhi during the current winter transfer market, amid Hans Flick's insistence on keeping him with the team.

According to 'Sport', the Catalan club's offices received a large number of offers from prominent clubs, including Porto, seeking to benefit from Bardhi's services on loan, but the response was clear and decisive rejection.

The Spanish newspaper pointed out that Flick has full confidence in the player and is completely aligned with the sports management led by Deco on not letting him go during January, especially since the team's roster does not allow for releasing any player in his position currently.

The newspaper added that Bardhi's low salary, half of which any interested club would only have to cover, does not represent any burden on the Financial Fair Play rules, and his departure would not bring any significant financial benefit to the club.

The newspaper explained that despite Lamine Yamal being ahead of him in the pecking order, the player continues to develop and gain experience, with a plan to reassess his situation and playing opportunities during the upcoming summer transfer window.

The report highlighted Hans Flick's praise for Bardhi's performance, especially after his outstanding display against Athletic Bilbao in the Spanish Super Cup semi-final, where he delivered a complete match, assisted two goals, and scored one, amid consensus on his brilliance.
