Ayman Hussein, the striker of the Iraqi national team and Al-Karma club, has sparked doubts about his future after being absent from the starting lineup of his team currently, coinciding with the start of the winter transfer market in Iraq.

Hussein is considered one of the key pillars of the Iraqi national team and is receiving significant attention from Graham Arnold, who is keen to have a complete list of players.

According to special sources: "Ayman Hussein has recently regained his fitness and is available to play with Al-Karma in the Iraqi Stars League, having already participated for about 10 minutes in his team’s match against Najaf, showing great readiness in training. This has boosted his morale and impressed coach Graham Arnold, who told him to participate in as many matches as possible before the decisive World playoff match."

The sources added: "Striker Ayman Hussein played in his team’s fifth and important match in the Iraqi Stars League yesterday, which opened speculation about whether Spanish coach Antonio Cazorla will rely on him this season, especially since he is fielding the Jordanian player Ali Alwan in the starting lineup. Therefore, Hussein found himself the second option for the Spanish coach, which raised doubts about his future with the team."

It was clarified: "The management of Al-Karma club, when asked about Ayman, confirms that the player remains and continues with the team to reassure fans who are greatly concerned about the player’s future. The management also confirmed that the Spanish coach preferred not to field Ayman Hussein due to the poor condition of the pitch, which caused injury to Moroccan defender Ayoub Moden. Consequently, even the coach’s substitutions were limited and only involved his own players, one of which was compulsory."
