The newspaper clarified that Zamalek Club affirmed its strong legal position in the Benteke case, emphasizing that his absence from training was without prior permission, which gives the club the right to enforce its internal regulations against him.

According to the club's official correspondence, Zamalek insists on the continuation of Benteke's contract, which extends until the end of the 2027-2028 season, affirming that its position aligns with the regulations of the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA).

The club clarified that it has already begun taking all necessary legal and administrative measures to protect its rights in this case.

The club informed the player of the necessity to join the training sessions immediately, affirming the legal soundness of Zamalek's position.
