A thrilling 3-3 draw decided the match between Borussia Dortmund and Eintracht Frankfurt in the sixteenth round of the German Bundesliga.

Borussia Dortmund took the lead first through Maximilian Pier in the 10th minute, before Frankfurt managed to equalize with a penalty converted by Can Özun in the 22nd minute.

In the second half, Felix Nmecha restored Dortmund's lead in the 68th minute, but Frankfurt quickly equalized in the 71st minute through Younes Belhanda. Then, Frankfurt scored the third goal in the 90+2 minute through Mahmoud Dawoud.

Before the final whistle, Karni Chukwumeka saved Borussia Dortmund from defeat by scoring the third equalizer in the sixth minute of added time, snatching a valuable point for his team.

With this draw, Borussia Dortmund increased their tally to 33 points, placing them second in the Bundesliga standings, while Eintracht Frankfurt's points rose to 26, moving them up to seventh place.
