The sporting director of Al-Ittihad Club, Ramon Planes, revealed the recruitment of a large number of Spanish talents to work within the club, in a move aimed at developing the football system and building a comprehensive professional project.

Blanes explained that the club's management tasked him with bringing in the right personnel; currently, about 40 Spaniards are working in various departments of the club as part of a comprehensive plan to create a clear and sustainable identity.

The sporting director pointed out that the club is a prestigious and large institution, and efforts are underway within it to build a comprehensive concept that can become a model to be emulated at the level of Saudi football.

Blanes spoke about the next step for the project, emphasizing that the establishment of the major sports city represents the next phase, and it will be a strong project built on long-term professional foundations.

Blanes confirmed that he has had many professional experiences throughout his career, but he currently feels that he is living the best period of his work life in terms of maturity and professional stability.

He expressed his happiness working at Al-Ittihad Club, noting that he carries out his duties in a completely different way and applies a new working method he has never tried before.

Planis concluded his speech by emphasizing that the Union project is progressing steadily, relying on a clear vision aimed at building a strong future for the club at all levels.
