Friday 09-01-2026
Reliable journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed that Belgian player Yannick Ferreira Carrasco might leave the Saudi club Al-Shabab during the upcoming winter transfer window, amid growing interest from several European clubs in acquiring his services.

According to Romano, several European clubs have already contacted to inquire about the player's status, and they were informed that he could be transferred in January. Juventus is among the top clubs closely monitoring the situation as part of their efforts to strengthen the winger position.

Juventus has set Federico Chiesa as its primary target to strengthen the attacking line, but Liverpool is still holding on to the player and has not yet opened the door for his departure. This situation is prompting the "Old Lady" management to consider alternative options, with the name Carrasco leading the list.

Carrasco is 31 years old and has an impressive track record at the highest levels, having shined wearing the jerseys of Monaco and Atlético Madrid. He has won significant titles, most notably the Spanish league, in addition to numerous international appearances with the Belgian national team.
