Brazilian goalkeeper Pinto Matheus, who plays for Al-Nassr Club, is awaiting his club management's final decision regarding the official offer made by Italian club Genoa during the current winter transfer window.

Genoa's management has submitted an offer to loan Pinto until the end of the current season, with a clause allowing for a permanent transfer next summer for 5 million euros.

According to the Italian network "Sky Sports," Al-Nassr's management is carefully considering the offer, with a final decision expected to be made on Thursday.

Genoa's offer is considered the option closest to Bento's preference, especially since it gives him the opportunity for regular playing time, which he sees as important for maintaining his chances with the Brazilian national team.

The Brazilian goalkeeper has been struggling with limited playing time under the Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, as he is not considered the first-choice option in the team's lineup.

Pinto played only one match in the Roshn League this season against Al-Ittihad Jeddah, while he participated in a total of 10 matches across various competitions.

English club West Ham United had previously entered negotiations and made an official offer to loan the goalkeeper who joined Al-Nassr in the summer of 2023.
