The Final Position of Al-Nassr Defender Simakan Regarding the Match Against Al-Qadsiah
Wednesday 07-01-2026
The technical staff of Al-Nassr Club is closely monitoring the physical condition of the French defender Mohamed Simakan before finalizing his participation in the anticipated match against Al-Qadsiah in the Saudi League.

Al-Nassr is awaiting the results of the medical examination that Simakan will undergo on Sunday morning to assess his hamstring injury and determine his ability to return to group training.

The French defender continues his rehabilitation program inside the club’s clinic, under the supervision of the team’s Portuguese doctor Carlos Miguel, despite the break granted to players after returning from Jeddah.

Simakan, 25 years old, participated in part of the fitness training last Thursday, showing positive signs of improvement, according to Al-Riyadiyah newspaper.

The player continues to follow the treatment program until full recovery from the hamstring tear he suffered during previous training sessions before the friendly match against Al-Fateh.

Simakan’s injury comes at a sensitive time for Al-Nassr, which is striving to regain its balance before the match against Al-Qadsiah in the 14th round of the Roshn Saudi League, to be held at Al-Oroba Park Stadium in Riyadh next Thursday evening at 8:30 PM, in a match eagerly awaited by both teams’ fans.
