Jordanian club Al-Faisaly faced a legal obstacle that prevented it from completing its efforts to bring back former star Razzaq Bani Hani during the current winter transfer window, despite the club's clear desire to strengthen its squad with players capable of making a difference and competing for local titles this season.

According to available information, Al-Faisaly's management acted immediately upon learning of striker Razzaq Bani Hani's wish to terminate his contract with Al-Zawraa club, entering intensive negotiations with the player in hopes of returning him to the team. However, these attempts were met with complex regulations and rules imposed by the International Federation of Association Football (FIFA).
