Gulf Cooperation Council Reveals Date and Venue for Gulf Cup 27
The city of Jeddah is preparing to host the 27th edition of the Gulf Cup of Nations, following the announcement by the Saudi Football Federation that the Kingdom will host the tournament in the fall of 2026.
The 27th Gulf Cup of Nations will take place from September 23 to October 6, 2026, with the participation of the Gulf national teams, in a highly anticipated football event at the regional level.
The tournament matches will be held at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium "Al-Inma Bank Stadium," alongside Prince Abdullah Al-Faisal Stadium, as part of comprehensive organizational preparations.
The President of the Gulf Cup Football Federation, Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa bin Ahmed Al Thani, praised the great capabilities possessed by the Kingdom, affirming that it is capable of delivering an exceptional edition of the tournament.
Meanwhile, the President of the Saudi Football Federation, Yasser Al-Meshaal, expressed his pride in hosting the brothers, welcoming the Gulf national teams to their second home.
Al-Meshaal confirmed that the Saudi Federation will continue intensive work to prepare for the tournament, aiming to deliver a historic edition befitting the Kingdom's status, supported by the wise leadership and continuous follow-up from the Ministry of Sports.
