Italian club AC Milan officially announced the signing of the German striker Niklas Vollkrog, coming from English club West Ham United on a loan deal, with an option for a permanent purchase at the end of the season, as part of strengthening the team's attacking line before the upcoming challenges.

Vollkrog is 32 years old and is considered one of the most prominent German strikers in recent years, thanks to his physical strength and ability to finish attacks inside the penalty area, in addition to his extensive experience at both domestic and international levels.

Vollkrog has had several remarkable experiences in his professional career, having played for Hannover 96 and Werder Bremen before moving to Borussia Dortmund, where he delivered notable performances, which opened the door for him to join the German national team and participate in major tournaments, then he had a stint in the English Premier League with West Ham.

Milan is relying on Vollkrog's experience and scoring abilities to add new attacking solutions, with the final purchase option dependent on the player's performance during the loan period.
