Tarek El-Saeed, former star of Al Ahly Club, directed criticism at Yaseen Torab, Al Ahly's coach, following the club's decision to back out of signing Hamed Hamdan, the Petrojet star.
Reports indicate that Hamed Hamdan has finalized his agreement with Pyramids Club in preparation for his transfer to the Sky Blue team starting next January.
Tarek Al-Saeed said on MBC Egypt channel: "If it's true that Torop refused Hamid Hamdan's inclusion because, from his point of view, he is an ordinary player, then Torop is a coach who is not up to the task."
He added: "Hamed Hamdan is an international player and a great talent with high capabilities. If he were to join Al Ahly, he would be a strong and significant addition to the team."
