Egypt Ready to Advance Bid to Host 2028 Africa Cup of Nations
Media personality Ahmed Hassan revealed a surprise regarding Egypt's preparations to host the 2028 Africa Cup of Nations.
Hassan said on Facebook: "The official spokesperson for the Ministry of Sports: Egypt is ready to submit the bid to host the 2028 Africa Cup of Nations."
The 2025 Africa Cup of Nations is currently being held in Morocco. It began on December 21 and will continue until January 18.
The Egyptian national team successfully qualified for the round of 16 of the tournament, topping their group with 7 points.
