Conceição Announces Al-Ittihad Squad for Match Against NEOM in the League
Portuguese coach Sérgio Conceição, head coach of the first football team at Al-Ittihad Club, revealed the list of players called up to travel to Tabuk this evening, Tuesday, in preparation for the match against NEOM as part of the Saudi Pro League competition.
Al-Ittihad will visit their counterpart Neom in the match scheduled to be held at King Khalid Sports City Stadium, as part of the eleventh round of the competition, on Wednesday at 6:25 PM.
The "Al-Ameed" squad list saw the absence of left-back Mario Mitaj due to suspension, along with the absence of Abdulrahman Al-Aboud. However, the list included a number of key players on whom the coaching staff is relying to achieve a positive result.
The Al-Ittihad lineup for the Neom match was as follows:
Goalkeepers: Raiković, Mohamed Al-Absi, Hamed Al-Shanqeeti.
Defense line: Hassan Kadash, Danilo Pereira, Mohammed Brunei, Ahmed Sharahili, Ahmed Al-Jalidan, Muhannad Al-Shanqeeti.
Midfield: N'Golo Kanté, Fabinho, Awad Al-Nashri, Hamed Al-Ghamdi, Mohammed Falatah.
Attack line: Moussa Diaby, Steven Bergwijn, Karim Benzema, Saleh Al-Shehri, Roger Fernández, Abdulaziz Al-Bishi, Ahmed Al-Ghamdi.
