Al Hilal Maneuvers with Its Star to Sign Al Taawoun Player
Al Hilal Saudi Club is making calculated moves to sign Sultan Mandash, a player from the Al Taawoun team, as part of its plans to strengthen its squad during the upcoming winter transfer window.
Asharq Al-Awsat newspaper revealed that Al-Hilal's management has submitted an official offer to Al-Taawoun, which includes a financial amount along with including Mohammed Al-Qahtani as part of the deal.
The newspaper explained that Al Hilal plans to sign a contract lasting two and a half seasons with Sultan Mandash, provided a final agreement is reached between both parties.
Negotiations between Al Hilal and Al Taawoun experienced a temporary halt before the start of the Arab Cup tournament, but they resumed again following the official offer presented last night.
Al Hilal changed its strategy in the deal, after the previous offer aimed to loan the player for only six months, before this option was completely closed.
Sultan Mandash has delivered impressive performances with Al-Taawoun this season, scoring four goals and providing four assists in 12 appearances across various competitions.
