Hamed Hamdan Nears Joining Al Ahly
Al-Youm Al-Sabea newspaper revealed the imminent joining of Hamed Hamdan, the Petrojet star, to Al Ahly in the upcoming winter transfer window.
A responsible source told the newspaper that Al Ahly's management allocated 30 million Egyptian pounds to finalize the deal with Petrojet, with the possibility of including a player in the deal by loaning a player from Al Ahly to Petrojet during the winter transfer window.
The newspaper explained that the trio Mohamed Abdullah, Ahmed Reda, and Mostafa Al-Ash were offered to Petrojet to choose one of them, in addition to the financial compensation.
The newspaper added that Hamed Hamdan informed his club's management of his desire to play for Al Ahly, rejecting other local and foreign offers seeking to sign him.
The Palestinian star had received offers from Sudanese club Al-Merrikh and Libyan club Al-Sweihli, as well as local clubs interested in signing him such as Zamalek and Pyramids.
