Sunday 28-12-2025
The medical team of Al-Nassr's first football team continues to work at an accelerated pace to expedite the return of French defender Mohamed Simakan, aiming to have him ready to support the team as soon as possible.

The Saudi newspaper "Al-Riyadiyah" revealed that Portuguese doctor Carlos Miguel, Al-Nassr's physician, has intensified his treatment efforts in recent days to accelerate Simakan's recovery from injury.

The newspaper explained that the condition of the French defender has shown significant improvement, and he will continue his rehabilitation program until fully recovering from the hamstring tear he sustained during Monday's training.

The medical team has established a special treatment and rehabilitation program for Simakan, which may extend up to four weeks, with close monitoring of his health progress.

Simakan was absent from Al-Nassr's match against Iraq's Al-Zawraa in the AFC Champions League 2, with expectations that he will continue to miss several upcoming Roshn League matches.

It is likely that the French defender will miss the matches against Al-Akhdoud, Al-Ettifaq, Al-Ahli, Al-Qadsiah, and Al-Hilal, as he awaits full physical and medical readiness.

Mohammed Simakan participated in 15 matches with Al-Nassr across various competitions during the current season and managed to score two goals, according to data from the Transfermarkt website.
