Sunday 28-12-2025
Brazilian Wesley Teixeira, a player of the first football team at Al-Nassr Club in Saudi Arabia, continues to attract the interest of several clubs seeking to sign him during the upcoming January 2025 winter transfer window.

Journalist Akram Connor confirmed via his account on the platform "X" that two clubs from the Brazilian league have entered into preliminary negotiations to sign Al-Nassr's young talent.

He pointed out that the names of the two Brazilian clubs have not yet been disclosed, but their interest reflects the increasing technical value that Wesley is offering with Al-Alami.

Connor explained that the race to sign the player is not limited to Brazil, as there was previous interest from Portugal's Sporting Lisbon and Ukraine's Shakhtar Donetsk.

He indicated that Wesley's return to Brazil has become a strong possibility, given the multiple offers and increasing competition for his services during the winter transfer window.

Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, head of Al-Nassr, relied primarily on Wesley in the match against Al-Akhdoud, as part of the tenth round of the Roshn Saudi League at Al-Orobah Park in Riyadh.

Al-Nassr leads the Saudi League standings with 27 points, while Al-Akhdoud occupies the sixteenth position with 5 points, as the young stars of Al-Alami continue to shine.
