Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, head of Saudi club Al-Nassr, reviewed the latest injury updates within his team ahead of the anticipated match against Al-Akhdoud in the 11th round of the Saudi Professional League.

During the press conference held today, Jesus revealed that Ayman Yahya returned from the Saudi national team camp suffering from an injury, which led the coaching staff to handle his condition with caution.

The Al-Nassr coach explained that Iñigo Martínez is following a special program, managed in the same way as Cristiano Ronaldo's, by giving him carefully planned rest periods to maintain his physical readiness.

Jesus confirmed that defender Mohamed Simakan is close to returning to the field, noting that he will be ready to participate after a week, following the completion of the final stage of his rehabilitation program.

The Portuguese coach emphasized the importance of carefully selecting the right players for each match, in accordance with the nature of the opponents, to ensure the best possible results in the upcoming phase.

Al-Nassr Club continues to lead the Saudi Professional League standings with 27 points, while Al-Akhdoud team occupies the sixteenth position with only 5 points.

It is worth mentioning that Al-Nassr concluded their journey in the group stage of the AFC Champions League 2 with a big win over Iraq's Al-Zawraa, with a score of five goals to one.
