The report indicated that Greenwood has continued his remarkable development since his move to Marseille, where he delivered consistent and impactful performances in Ligue 1, which enhanced his market value and brought his name back strongly into the circle of interest of major clubs, foremost among them Atletico Madrid.

The report clarified that Marseille does not intend to easily let go of their player, setting a price close to 100 million euros for approval of his sale, based on his current contract and significant sporting impact, amid the absence of any financial pressures forcing the club to sell.
