Al-Nassr Defeats Al-Zawraa 5-1 and Confirms Its Leadership of the Group

Al-Nassr Club from Saudi Arabia achieved a comprehensive victory over its guest Al-Zawraa from Iraq with a score of five goals to one, in the conclusion of the group stage of the AFC Champions League 2, during the match hosted at Al-Orobah Park Stadium.

French player Kingsley Coman opened the goal festival early by scoring the first goal for Al-Nassr at the 12th minute, announcing the Saudi team's dominance from the early minutes of the match.

Brazilian Wesley added the second goal at the 19th minute, before Al-Nassr continued its offensive pressure by scoring the third goal through Abdulilah Al-Amri in the 29th minute of the match.

Portuguese João Félix widened the gap in favor of Al-Nassr by scoring the fourth goal in the 44th minute, ending the first half with a four-goal lead.

Kingsley Coman returned again to confirm Al-Nassr's superiority, scoring the fifth goal and his second personally in the 56th minute, while Ibrahim Tomiwa scored Al-Zawraa's only goal at the 50th minute.

With this victory, Al-Nassr finished the group stage as the group leader with 18 points, while Al-Zawraa from Iraq settled for second place with 9 points.

The draw for the round of 16 of the AFC Champions League 2 is scheduled to take place on December 30 in the Malaysian capital, Kuala Lumpur, to determine the opponents for the upcoming knockout stages.
