Yildiz Sets His Conditions for Renewing His Contract with Juventus
Thursday 25-12-2025
Turkish player Kenan Yildiz aims to become the highest-paid member of Juventus, while obtaining guarantees regarding the club's ambitious plans for the coming years, according to the newspaper "La Gazzetta dello Sport."

Juventus is expected to resume negotiations to renew Yildiz's contract in the coming weeks, especially after the appointment of the new sporting director, Marco Otolini.

Yildiz's contract expires in June 2029, but he has become a key player in the team, so both parties see a new contract as necessary. Reports indicate that the last contact between Juventus and Yildiz was at the end of October, before Igor Tudor's dismissal.

Currently, Yildiz earns 1.7 million euros annually, but he aims to become the highest-paid player on the team with a salary of no less than 6 million euros, similar to Jonathan David. Juventus management's offer ranges between 4 and 5 million euros per year, in addition to bonuses linked to individual and team objectives.

There is a noted gap of about one million euros between the club's offer and the player's demands. Yildiz is also seeking guarantees about the long-term project and the club's ambitions.

The player is 20 years old and has scored six goals and provided six assists in 22 matches across all competitions this season.
