Real Madrid Quartet Leads La Liga List of Players with the Highest Market Value Increase in 2025

The latest updates from Transfermarkt revealed the list of players with the highest market value increases in La Liga during 2025, which featured a remarkable presence of Real Madrid and Barcelona stars, alongside several prominent names from other clubs, reflecting the strong performances delivered by the players this year.

Leading the list is Real Madrid defender Dine Huysen, whose market value jumped to 70 million euros with an increase of 52 million euros, followed by his teammate Arda Guler whose value reached 90 million euros with a rise of 45 million euros, then Alvaro Carreras with a value of 60 million euros and an increase of 42 million euros.

Real Madrid star Kylian Mbappe came in fourth place, with his market value rising to 200 million euros by 40 million euros, equal to Barcelona star Pedri whose value reached 140 million euros after a similar increase. The list also included young Real Madrid player Franco Mastantono with a value of 50 million euros and an increase of 35 million euros.

The following ranks included Giovanni Simeone of Atletico Madrid valued at 40 million euros with an increase of 28 million euros, Raul Asensio from Real Madrid valued at 30 million euros with an increase of 22.5 million euros, alongside Ferran Torres of Barcelona whose value reached 50 million euros with a rise of 22 million euros.

Lamine Yamal’s value reached 200 million euros with an increase of 20 million euros, Julian Alvarez of Atletico Madrid valued at 100 million euros with an increase of 20 million euros, in addition to Fermin Lopez valued at 70 million euros with an increase of 20 million euros, and Juan Garcia valued at 30 million euros with a similar increase.

The list was completed by Mikel Yaurigethar of Athletic Bilbao valued at 30 million euros with an increase of 20 million euros, alongside Vitor Reis of Girona valued at 30 million euros after an increase of 16.5 million euros.
