Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano revealed that Bayern Munich has reached a verbal agreement to sign the young Ecuadorian defender Virgilio Olaya from SD Okas.

According to Romano, the deal has been finalized in terms of agreement between all parties, with the official procedures set to be completed in the coming period, as part of the Bavarian club's policy of attracting young talents.

Bayern Munich continues to strengthen its investment in young players, aiming to prepare them for the future and give them time to develop within the club's system, with the possibility of starting by loaning out the player.

Virgilio Olaya is 17 years old, plays as a central defender, holds Ecuadorian nationality, and is considered one of the top defensive talents in his country, which prompted Bayern to move quickly to secure the deal.
