The coach said: "I believe that entering the competition is not easy; the first match in the tournament is always difficult, but we managed to secure the win."
He added: "In the first half, we were not good and did not create many chances, but in the second half, we played better and opportunities came, and we managed to score the leading goal."
He concluded: "In the second half, we played with strength and aggression and created many chances; it was important to win in front of our fans in the first match."
