Italian coach Simone Inzaghi, head of the first football team at Saudi club Al Hilal, decided to exclude five international players from the squad that will travel to the United Arab Emirates in preparation for the match against Sharjah in the AFC Champions League Elite competition.

Al Hilal Club confirmed on its official website the absence of five Saudi national team players—Hassan Tambakti, Nasser Al-Dawsari, Mohammed Kanno, Salem Al-Dawsari, and Abdullah Al-Hamdan—from the match against Sharjah, following their recent participation with the national team in the Arab Cup.

The Saudi national team players are scheduled to undergo their training on next Monday at the club's headquarters, after being granted a three-day rest by Inzaghi following the conclusion of their international commitments with the Green team.

The Al Hilal delegation will depart tomorrow morning for the city of Sharjah in the UAE. The Italian head coach and one of the players will hold a press conference at 7:20 PM UAE time at the Sharjah Club headquarters, ahead of the highly anticipated match scheduled for next Monday as part of the sixth round of the group stage of the AFC Champions League Elite.
