Infantino Presents Hakimi His Award Among His National Team Colleagues
FIFA President Gianni Infantino, together with the President of the Moroccan Football Federation Fouzi Lekjaa, and in the presence of former Moroccan international Hussein Harcha, presented the FIFA The Best award for the Best XI (The Best 11) to Moroccan national team player Achraf Hakimi.
The award was handed over at the Moroccan national team's residence at the Mohammed VI Football Complex, on the eve of the opening match of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations, as part of the accompanying activities marking the start of the continental tournament.
Hakimi's inclusion in The Best XI follows his recent performances with both the national team and his club Paris Saint-Germain, which have helped him maintain his position among the world's top players in his position.
