Zamalek Negotiations to Sign Hamed Hamdan Halted
Sports broadcaster Ahmed Shobeir, former Al Ahly star, revealed that negotiations between Zamalek and Hamed Hamdan, the Petrojet player, have come to a halt.
Shobeir said on the program "Al-Nazer" on Al-Nahar channel: "Without upsetting the fans of Zamalek Club, negotiations between the White Castle and Hamed Hamdan have completely stopped, and Zamalek also currently has a transfer ban, which is the eighth so far."
He added: "Pyramids is seriously competing with Al Ahly to sign Hamed Hamdan, and the figures being circulated about signing Hamdan are exaggerated. There is no 100 million pounds; that is not true."
He continued: "There is a strong offer and communication from Al Ahly Club with Petrojet and with Hamed Hamdan. You might ask me, who does the player prefer? I know, but I can't tell you because things could change at any moment."
