According to the Spanish newspaper "L'Équipe," there is a segment of fans who have not yet accepted the circumstances of his departure to Madrid in the summer of 2024 or the court ruling issued this week; some wrote: "Aren't you ashamed?", "No dignity," "No need for hypocrisy."

Mbappé, who had resorted to the judiciary against Paris Saint-Germain to claim unpaid salaries, bonuses, and leave after the end of his contract, seems to have another focus this Saturday, as he has the chance to enter Real Madrid's history tonight during the match against Sevilla.

Mbappé needs one goal tonight at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium to equal Cristiano Ronaldo's record for the number of goals scored in a single calendar year with Real Madrid (59 goals in 2013), noting that Mbappé currently has 58 goals in 2025 wearing the Real Madrid jersey, and tonight's match is the last in 2025.
