English club Chelsea has made an official offer of 8 million euros to sign the young striker Djilian Ngissan, a player for French club Saint-Étienne, according to the French newspaper L'Équipe.

Nghissan, 17 years old, is considered one of the most promising talents at the Saint-Étienne academy, having attracted attention due to his offensive abilities, which prompted Chelsea to move early to sign him, according to the same newspaper report.

L'Équipe pointed out that Saint-Étienne's management did not immediately approve the offer presented, as the club believes that the financial value does not reflect the player's true potential, especially considering he is regarded as one of the key pillars of the team's future project.

This interest comes as part of Chelsea's recent policy, which focuses on attracting young talents from various European leagues with the aim of developing them in the long term.
