Bencherki Returns to Cairo to Continue Treatment with Al Ahly
The newspaper "Al-Masry Al-Youm" reported that Moroccan star Ashraf Bencharki of Al Ahly will return to Cairo in the coming hours to continue his treatment with Al Ahly.
The newspaper explained that the player's return will be after the match between Morocco and Jordan, scheduled for today, Thursday, in the Arab Cup final.
The newspaper added that Dr. Ahmed Gaballah, Al Ahly's doctor, contacted the Moroccan national team's medical staff to follow up on the condition of the Moroccan star. He confirmed that Bencherki is regularly undergoing physical therapy sessions and making progress in his treatment program.
Ashraf Ben Sharqi had suffered a hamstring injury before the start of the Arab Cup tournament.
