Portuguese coach Jorge Jesus, head of Saudi club Al-Nassr, imposed an intensive physical training program on his players during this morning's session, in preparation for a friendly match against Al-Fateh as part of their preparations for the resumption of competitions.

Jesus aims in this session to assess the physical condition of the players after the team's recent return from their external training camp held in Abu Dhabi.

The Saudi newspaper Al-Riyadiyah reported that Al-Nassr's coach focused on physical aspects to avoid fatigue, especially after the intense recent training camp that the yellow team underwent.

The training sessions were held on the youth category fields at the club's headquarters, where Jesus made sure to distribute the physical load evenly among the players.

The Portuguese coach also worked on implementing certain technical and tactical aspects that he plans to rely on during the upcoming matches.

Al-Nassr is preparing to face Iraq's Al-Zawraa on December 24th in the final round of the AFC Champions League 2.

Al-Nassr leads Group D in the continental championship with 15 points, while also topping the Roshn Saudi League with 27 points after 9 rounds.
