A Spanish media report revealed that Turkish club Galatasaray has shifted its interest to David Alaba as an option to strengthen its defense, after failing to convince his teammate Antonio Rüdiger.

The Spanish network "Defensa Central" confirmed that Rüdiger was not convinced by Galatasaray's project, which prompted the Turkish management to look for an alternative capable of joining the team and achieving the club's goals in the upcoming season.

This move is part of Galatasaray's strategy to attract players with European experience to enhance its defensive capabilities following the collapse of the Rüdiger deal.

It is worth noting that both Rüdiger and Alaba's contracts with the Royal Club will expire at the end of the current season, amid doubts about their continuation with the team next season.
