Al Hilal and Al Ittihad Most Prominent.. Offers Worth Billions of Riyals Shake Roshn League
The privatization of Roshn League clubs is gaining momentum again, after reports revealed that the Saudi Investment Fund has received strong purchase offers for popular clubs in the upcoming phase.
Serious offers are centered exclusively around the two clubs Al-Hilal and Al-Ittihad, as sources have confirmed that the current investment focus is on them alone, compared to the other clubs in the fund.
Prince Alwaleed bin Talal is nearing the announcement of a full acquisition of ownership of Al Hilal Club, after submitting an official and substantial offer to the Investment Fund in a deal described as one of the largest locally.
Meanwhile, there are circulating reports about investors interested in purchasing Al-Nassr Club, led by the Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, amid ongoing talks about his desire to become a significant partner in the club.
The "Nadina" program clarified that the offers that actually reached a serious stage were limited to Al-Hilal and Al-Ittihad, while the attempts to purchase Al-Ahli and Al-Nassr did not go beyond the initial framework.
This comes alongside earlier reports claiming that Cristiano Ronaldo owns approximately 15% of the shares of Al-Nassr Club, although no official announcement has been made to confirm the accuracy of these reports.
