FIFA Sets Date for The Best Awards Ceremony 2025
The International Federation of Association Football officially announced the date for The Best Awards ceremony for 2025, which is scheduled to be held on Tuesday, December 16, 2025, in Doha, Qatar, starting at 7 PM Cairo time.
Egyptian player Mohamed Salah is among a list of 11 players competing for the Best Player in the World award for 2025, while Amr Nasser, a player from Zamalek Club, is competing for the Puskás Award for the best goal of the same year.
Before the official ceremony, winners of the Best Fans, Best Goalkeepers, and Best Goals awards will be announced through digital videos on FIFA platforms and social media, along with the announcement of the Fair Play award winner.
Around 800 guests are expected to attend the ceremony, including the FIFA President, FIFA Council members, football legends, representatives of member associations from around the world, as well as a number of local and regional ambassadors and pioneers of the game.
